The Brief
To provide workplace planning, design, build and technology services resulting in a total workplace solution for a new economy ecommerce development business.
The Scope
The project involved a complete refurbishment of an ex-retail area into a new "Flexible Office" workplace, designed to encourage and promote staff collaboration and innovation.
The project had several technology reqirements and considerations which included:
- A limited 10 month timeframe
- The implementation and design of Lucent Systimax Giga-Speed Cat6 cabling
- The deployment and integration of a Meridian PABX
- Accomodation for 171 employees and their desks, computers and voice and data systems
