Cumulus help build new telecommunications facilities

 

The brief:
Cumulus Technology, working on behalf of a major telecommunications  provider, was engaged to expand the existing NGT & CDMA network facilities within the Christchurch area.

 

Details of project:
Cumulus Technology provided predevelopment consultancy and conceptual design services for the expansion of the existing facilities.

This involved a full business requirements analysis, detailed costing and quantity surveying services to determine budget costs and timeframes for construction.

Cumulus technology where further engaged to project manage the build phase, during which the primary consideration was to ensure that the operational effectiveness and availability could not be compromised at any time. To ensure the stringent business demand was met, a range risk analysis and risk mitigation techniques were employed.

Throughout the projects the customer focused team ensured adherence to all business requirements and regulatory compliance were met at all times.

The projects were delivered within budget, and met the business expectations.
